1. Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
2. Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
3. Monthly GST Working.
4. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors.
5. Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing.
6. Daily Stock maintains.
7. Handling petty Cash Records.
8. Send Quotation and Purchase Order as per order.
9. Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly.
10. Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS.
11. Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting of all Branches.
12. Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts every month.
13. Tally ERP.
